UNHS Welcomes Homeschool Families
Through the University of Nebraska High School, students can take single courses as needed to supplement their at-home curriculum or earn an accredited UNHS diploma. Our college preparatory curriculum helps students meet college entrance requirements, and it teaches them the skills they need to be successful during college. View our graduation requirements.
How do homeschool students transfer credits to UNHS?
Homeschool students wanting to earn a UNHS diploma will need to transfer in their existing credits. Credits earned at accredited secondary schools will be evaluated as they equate to the UNHS credit hours system. Students transferring credits from a non-accredited school or a homeschool must provide an official transcript and take the California Achievement Test (CAT) to validate their credits (Use code "UNHS" to ensure results are automatically submitted to us).
