Nine UNHS courses have been updated as of Feb. 1, 2018, many with new textbooks, additional activities, and more multimedia.
World Cultures 1: Western Hemisphere and Europe. New name (formerly North and South America and Europe) and new textbook that partners with National Geographic.
World Cultures 2: Africa and the Eastern Hemisphere. New name (formerly Africa, Asia, Australia, and Oceania) and new textbook that partners with National Geographic.
Science of Health. New textbook and updated course content including more interactive activities and physical components (such as fitness plans) as labs.
Appreciating Art. New textbook and updated course content. The course partners with the Joslyn Art Museum (Omaha, Neb.) to add digital images of museum holdings as well as interactive components like virtual museum tours and videos of artists working in their media.
Biology 1 & 2. New edition of the textbook and updated course content including more and better explanations, better graphics, more interactive activities, and printable worksheets that students can download and complete offline.
Economics. New edition of the textbook and updated course content.
Psychology. New edition of the textbook and updated course content.
Business Communications. New edition of the textbook and updated course content.
